Singapore’s nightlife scene is set to get a mega boost with the opening of Avalon on 16 September and Pangaea on 22 September at Marina Bay Sands, just in time to welcome racegoers and celebrities attending the Singapore Grand Prix.
Housed in Marina Bay Sands’ distinctive glass crystal pavilion, the two super clubs are known for their innovative concepts, music and premium service.

Positioning itself as an “ultra-lounge bottle club”, Pangaea is fronted by American Michael Ault. The up-market ultra-lounge club has a reputation for ruling the nightlife scene in New York, Miami and London over the past decade, attracting A-listers and celebrities from around the globe.
Occupying 6,000 square feet, Pangaea will be located on the first level of the southern Crystal Pavilion. Patrons can access the club through the underwater tunnel connected to The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands. The ultra-lounge can host up to 400 partygoers at one time or over a thousand a night.
Boasting a distinctly different concept is Avalon which is spread across two levels and over 12,000 square feet. The brainchild of American nightlife impresario Steve Adelman who was also responsible for seminal dance clubs The Roxy, Tunnel and Limelight in New York City, Avalon made its name in New York and Hollywood as one of the IT dance clubs of the cities.
Avalon will feature an exciting line-up of leading international DJ’s, live concerts and high profile events in an environment that boasts what could possibly be the most ambitious and state-of-the-art visual, sound and light system in the world.
